A really funny story

I was doing a wedding in a nice hotel in Scotland and at the end of the wedding reception the manager asked the bride what she would like done with all the presents and decorations that they’d brought that were connected with the wedding.

The Manager said ” What would you like done with all the things connected vaguely to the wedding”

She replied ” Could we put all of them in a cupboard until the following day for safe keeping”

The manager replied ” yes, no problem”

The bride replied ” could you put the groom in there too, he’s vaguely connected to the wedding also.”

We all fell about laughing,  it was hilarious and so off the cuff from the bride!
